All our woodland ashes plots come with a memorial tree planted directly above the urn, together with a memorial plaque carved from Welsh slate.

Please note that this ashes interment is for immediate use only and is not available for advance purchase – see our advanced purchase plots page if you’re interested in this option. Woodland ashes plots can be purchased at any time, but planting takes place between November and February each year as this gives the tree the best start in life.

Because we plant a new tree with each interment, every new site isn’t just helping to protect our valuable and beautiful woodland, it’s also giving something back to the environment. That’s because every tree we plant can absorb up to 40kg of CO2 every year – a vital part of our ongoing fight against climate change.

Meanwhile, with each site also being marked with a carved memorial plaque, it also means that friends and family have a calm and tranquil location to visit for years to come.
