What is the process for direct cremation with Tithe Green?

Just get in touch with the team at Tithe Green Natural Burial and we’ll help you make the booking and guide you through the initial steps. We’ll liaise with our partners at Simplicita Cremations over the cremation arrangements and keep you fully informed of the date and time it is scheduled to take place.

Following the cremation, the ashes will be returned to us, and we’ll reach out to you to arrange interment at one of our sites.

Where in the UK do you offer direct cremation?

Accepted Answer

This is a nationwide service, so anyone in the UK can take advantage, but we can only arrange interment of ashes at one of our own sites.

Question 4

What paperwork is required for a direct cremation?

Accepted Answer

We’ll need a death certificate and a Certificate for Burial or Cremation (commonly known as a green form) from the Registrar. If the death has been reported to the Coroner, you’ll need a coroner’s certificate instead of the green form.
