What is your refund policy?

We aren’t able to offer refunds for advance bookings. In the case of memorial trees and plaques, once an order has been placed with our partner suppliers, a refund can no longer be given.

What is your delivery policy?

We aim to process all orders within 14 days of purchase and can deliver anywhere within the UK. For advance bookings, grave plot grant documents will be posted directly to the person who made the order. In the case of memorial trees and interment of ashes beneath memorial trees and where an email address has been supplied a receipt will be sent by email to the applicant, confirming the order. Please note that the planting of trees can only take place between November and February each year, and so you will be contacted during this period to arrange a suitable time and date for planting.
